Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service to patients and referrals by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are received and processed timely, assist with insurance verification and authorizations, and support billing processes to maximize patient benefits.

The role requires strong multitasking, organizational skills, and professional communication across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one-year related work experience.
• At least two years’ experience in an office environment, healthcare setting or call center.
• Experience utilizing multi-line phone-system.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system and provide information.
• Process branch duties: create and manage orders, review systems, confirm deliveries, verify insurance, obtain authorization.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and bill health plans.
• Review patient accounts and obtain documents from referral sources to bill insurance plans.
