Accendra Health, Inc. is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional patient service by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are received and processed accurately, verify insurance, and collect documentation required to bill health plans.

The role supports timely payments and positive patient experiences across our nationwide network. The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with multiple systems.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Excellent communication and phone/customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Handle inbound calls and assist patients with information and issue resolution.
• Process branch orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Assist with documentation and billing to ensure timely payments.
