Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking Branch Coordinators to deliver exceptional patient care by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are received and processed promptly, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations to facilitate timely equipment delivery and patient benefits.

This role supports billing and financial activities and requires strong communication with patients, providers, and branch teams. The position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and customer service excellence in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one-year related work experience.
• Preferred: two years’ experience in an office environment, healthcare setting or call center.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person and via phone.
• Process orders, review multiple systems, verify insurance, and obtain authorization per payor guidelines.
• Gather documentation from referrals to meet insurance requirements and bill health plans.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and perform outbound patient satisfaction calls.
• Perform downloads of devices and conduct basic checks on equipment as needed.
