Responsibilities

• First point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line system and resolve inquiries.
• Process orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Support billing and ensure timely documentation.
