Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital in Mooresville, NC seeks a patient services representative to support daily clinic operations. You will assist with patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and charge posting while delivering courteous service.

You will collect co-payments, verify demographic data, and coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure accurate records and smooth patient flow throughout the visit.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of patient service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and telephone etiquette.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate clinic preparation, patient identification, check-in/out, charge posting, cash management and appointment scheduling.
• Provide customer service, message distribution, and referrals management.
• Verify demographic data, manage patient records, and educate patients on required forms.
• Assist with coordinating labs/procedures and ensure accurate chart documentation.
