Responsibilities

• Prepare for clinic visits by reviewing next day patients and prep activities.
• Enter pre-visit orders and prepare patient charts.
• Check-in patients and verify demographic data in Maestro Care.
• Collect and post payments and balances on accounts due.
• Explain billing to patients per PRMO policies.
• Schedule tests and procedures.
• Answer calls and relay messages to staff.
