Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative for our Maple Grove and Plymouth locations. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with varying hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities include patient registration and check-in, insurance verification, scheduling, and coordinating front-desk activities. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, proficiency with Word/Outlook/Excel, and customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID.
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current practices.
• Schedule new and existing patients accurately in the practice management system.
• Communicate appointment details, directions, and copay information to patients.
• Prepare and manage charts, including outreach event prep.
• Maintain knowledge of health plan requirements and networks.
• Coordinate switchboard duties and interpreter arrangements when needed.
