Job summary

Revo Health is hiring a Patient Services Representative for our Edina clinic. You will register patients, collect payments and insurance details, schedule appointments, and handle patient calls with care and accuracy.

This full-time role operates Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM at Edina, with occasional Saturdays at Maple Grove. Experience in customer service and familiarity with medical terminology are preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices
• Accurate and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the current practice management system
• Communicate all pertinent information to patients, including: appointment information, directions, check-in times, referral information and copayments
• Chart preparation and management
• Answer patient calls, schedule appointments and direct calls as appropriate
• Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks
• Maintain timely communication with patients, families, and staff
• Any and all other duties as assigned
