Job summary

Revo Health / i-Health is seeking a Part-time Patient Services Representative to greet patients, collect demographics and insurance information, and manage check-in at the Chaska and Watertown locations. The role involves answering phones, scheduling, and supporting front-desk operations in a patient-centered clinic.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, strong customer service and telephone skills, and basic Windows computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Customer service experience, telephone skills, and Windows computer skills.
• Working knowledge of clinical front desk preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all patients promptly and professionally.
• Obtain demographics and billing information for accurate/ timely billing.
• Photocopy insurance cards, obtain signatures, register patients, and check-in.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Schedule and manage appointments and review Provider schedules for days off.
• Understand Medical Records confidentiality and related policies.
• Participate in patient-centered care and support the clinic’s operations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
