Job summary

Revo Health is hiring a Patient Services Representative to handle patient registration and check-in as well as clinical support duties across our Minnesota clinics in Coon Rapids, Blaine, Brooklyn Park and Otsego. This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong administrative skills, and the ability to collect insurance information, manage schedules, and assist with basic clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.
• Experience teaching fitness classes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments and insurance information.
• Schedule patients in the practice management system; manage calendars.
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current practices.
• Maintain timely communication with patients and families while in clinic.

Education

High School diploma/GED or equivalent

Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred

Experience teaching fitness classes preferred
