Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet patients, collect demographics and billing info, and check in patients at our Chaska and Watertown locations. This part-time role supports registration, phone coverage, and appointment scheduling in a fast-paced clinic environment.

You will be expected to maintain patient confidentiality, follow HIPAA and other regulations, and participate in a patient-centered care approach while performing duties across two sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience and strong telephone skills preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows and clinic front desk processes.

Responsibilities

• Greets all patients that enter the clinic within a reasonable amount of time.
• Obtains demographic and billing information to assist in accurate and timely billing.
• Photocopies insurance cards, obtains signatures, and checks patients in.
• Answers phones within a reasonable amount of time.
• Schedules appointments.
• Reviews Provider’s schedules daily for days off and flow.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows policies for release of information.
• Contributes to patient centered health care in daily operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
