Revo Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative at our Edina location. You will greet and register patients, handle scheduling, collect payments, and coordinate with insurance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, and familiarity with medical terminology. Some evening and Saturday hours at Maple Grove may apply as part of rotation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID.
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current practices.
• Accurate and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the practice management system.
• Communicate appointment information, directions, check-in times, and co-pays to patients.
• Chart preparation and management; answer patient calls and schedule appointments.
• Maintain knowledge of health plan requirements and networks.
• Maintain timely communication with patients, families, and staff.
