Revo Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative to handle patient registration, check-in, and clinical support duties across multiple Greater Minneapolis locations. Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.
• Experience teaching fitness classes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments and insurance information.
• Schedule patients in the practice management system.
• Communicate appointment details and directions to patients.
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current practices.
• Maintain timely communication with patients and families in clinic.
