Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones following Clinic Standards
• Make, Change, or cancel appointments for established patients
• Review information on Epic and route the call to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain the workqueue for each clinic/location for follow-up appointments
• Achieve and maintain performance for productivity, quality, and service levels
• Develop and maintain productive team-oriented relationships through meetings
• Communicate with team members in clinical and clerical areas to provide a patient-centered practice
• TIA tasks may be assigned
