Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of scheduling or medical experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service required.
• 1 year of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for all surgical patients.
• Schedule procedures and follow-up appointments.
• Provide patient education regarding procedure aftercare/recovery.
• Maintain professional phone and email communication with patients and staff.
