• Use scheduling systems to align patient needs with provider availability.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records to support patient flow and staffing.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve scheduling issues.
• Process inbound referrals, appointment requests, and medical record releases via patient portal.
• Route faxes, records, and referrals into the electronic health record system.
• Work with a cross-trained team to ensure department coverage.
