Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments across multiple departments and providers.
• Use scheduling systems to match patient needs with provider availability.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records to support patient flow and staffing needs.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve scheduling issues.
• Process referrals and records via the patient portal and EHR.
• Route faxes, records, and referrals into the EHR system.
• Support department coverage within a cross-trained team.
