Duly Health and Care, Glen Ellyn, is hiring a Patient Service Representative to deliver exceptional front desk support, greet and check in patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and help maintain accurate records in the EPIC system.

You will verify insurance, collect co-pays, coordinate referrals, and support daily clinic operations with a friendly, professional, and HIPAA-compliant demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Prior receptionist/front desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency in EPIC or similar EMR systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly at check-in and check-out.
• Answer multi-line phone system and route inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar for providers.
• Collect co-pays and reconcile daily financials.
• Update patient demographics and verify insurance details in EPIC.
• Coordinate referrals and assist with follow-up appointments.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
