Job summary

PhyNet Dermatology LLC is seeking a professional Patient Services Representative - Front Desk to join our healthcare team in Chico, CA. You will manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and coordinate clinical calls to support smooth operations.

The role requires a friendly, detail-oriented approach, experience in customer service, and comfort with billing processes. You will work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, healthcare, or retail environment.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of cosmetic procedures and products.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule appointments with strong customer service.
• Triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist patients with completing forms and paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to the right team.
• Understand billing processes and medical services for practitioners.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records.
• Demonstrate reliability with attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
