Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical equipment and escalate issues as needed.
• Answer phones, emails, and triage inquiries.
• Handle clerical tasks: medical records, diagnostic reports, charting.
• Collect co-payments and verify insurance in EMR.
