Responsibilities

Greet and assist incoming patients and families with front desk duties.
Answer inbound calls, schedule and register appointments, and manage the schedule.
Verify insurance information and collect demographic data.
Post patient payments and prepare daily cash reports.
Coordinate follow-up appointments and manage registrations for accuracy.
