Qualifications

• Understanding of healthcare operations and health insurance basics; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and respond to incoming patients and families; direct front desk operations.
• Handle check-in/check-out, schedule initial and follow-up appointments, verify insurance.
• Collect demographic and insurance information; ensure forms are complete and accurate.
• Post patient payments, issue receipts, and assist with daily cash reports.
• Resolve patient and family issues and support a positive patient experience.
