Responsibilities

• Greet and respond to needs of incoming patients and families; manage front desk operations.
• Schedule initial and follow-up appointments; register patients and verify insurance information.
• Process patient payments and assist with daily cash reports; monitor voicemail and calls.
• Identify and resolve patient and family issues; ensure complete and accurate registration forms.
