• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal/external customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and respond to needs of incoming patients and families.
• Handle front desk duties: scheduling, check-in/check-out, and registrations.
• Verify insurance information and collect demographics accurately.
• Post patient payments and prepare cash reports for daily/monthly accounting.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and manage patient flow per clinician templates.
