Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to three years of office experience required.
• Flexibility to assist with remote work during normal hours.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong organization, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and support check-in, check-out, scheduling.
• Answer calls, respond to routine questions, coordinate authorizations, refills, and test results.
• Maintain patient records, scan into EPIC, process billing forms, and assist with co-payments.
• Support office communications, records, mail, faxes, forms, schedules, and other administrative needs.
• Serve as an EPIC resource for scheduling, registration, and billing; training provided.
• Assist with surgical scheduling or schedule changes as competency grows.
