Quipt Home Medical, Corp. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Wichita, KS. You will be the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and referrals, handling inquiries, orders, and basic insurance verification with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and addressing complaints while maintaining patient records and following company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a clerical or customer service environment preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office; typing and data-entry accuracy essential.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone with a professional greeting and route calls to the appropriate party.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the right personnel.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely in the system.
• Verify insurance and collect necessary information for billing.
• Educate customers on equipment use and provide instructional materials.
• Maintain patient files and confidential information.
• Handle complaints courteously and document follow-up actions.
• Coordinate delivery/pickup times with patients or caregivers.
