Quipt Home Medical, Corp. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Missouri to serve patients, caregivers, referral sources, and commercial accounts. You will manage orders, verify insurance, liaise with clinical staff, and resolve inquiries about shipments and deliveries.

The role emphasizes accuracy, courteous service, and adherence to policies, with opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding DME provider. On-site position with strong team support.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous clerical or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Proficient general office skills (typing, computer, fax, filing, multiple phone lines).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; independent decision-making encouraged; Medicare/Medicaid and insurance billing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with patients, care givers, referral sources, or commercial accounts to provide equipment and/or services.
• Receive, qualify, and process customer orders in a timely, efficient, accurate, and courteous manner.
• Handle inquiries about shipments, products, deliveries and complaints.
• Verify insurance and eligibility; obtain prior authorizations when needed; input orders into the system.
