Job summary

Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the frontline contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources, and commercial accounts. You will handle inquiries, process orders, verify insurance, and communicate financial responsibilities while ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses.

The role requires strong communication skills, clerical experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in clerical or customer service environment is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, referrals, or commercial accounts.
• Process orders accurately and respond to inquiries about products and services.
• Verify insurance information, communicate financial responsibilities, and obtain authorizations when needed.
• Greet visitors, answer the phone with a professional greeting, and route calls appropriately.
• Assist with deliveries, scheduling, and documentation for shipments and patient care.
