You will handle patient queries, schedule appointments, manage records, assist with billing questions, and maintain waiting areas, in a fast-paced environment across Florida.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a busy administrative role; medical setting preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills; liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of patient billing systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and general support to staff, patients and physicians to ensure high-quality, professional service.
• Monitor patient flow, answer calls, and respond to queries while upholding privacy policy.
• Schedule physician appointments and ensure accuracy of patient records.
• Register new patients and manage referrals; document management and sign-in compliance.
• Maintain waiting areas and assist with billing inquiries and patient questions.
