Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, or medical office experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound patient calls professionally.
• Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Provide information on providers, locations, and appointments.
• Route calls and messages to the proper department.
• Document calls and interactions in the electronic medical record.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with specialty office staff to meet patient needs.
• Maintain call quality, productivity, and attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
