Advocate Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join the ambulatory care team at Lincolnwood/Park Ridge. You will support providers, connect with patients, and help ensure a seamless, compassionate experience every day.

As a key member of the care team, you will handle patient appointments, answer questions about tests and procedures, assist with billing information at the point of service, and help maintain accurate medical records in line with practice standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsabilidades

• Provide efficient patient services for appointments and information.
• Assist with scheduling and inquiries regarding tests, procedures, bills and referrals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and support billing and patient communications.
