Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year related work experience.
• Preferred: two years in an office setting, healthcare or call center.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and greet patients arriving in person.
• Process orders, review systems, confirm delivery appointments and verify insurance.
• Obtain plan authorizations and information per payor guidelines.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and manage daily billing.
• Support sales/referrals to gather required documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot issues when needed.
