Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator in Hawaii to deliver exceptional patient service by phone and in person. You will manage orders, verify insurance, and assist with billing while coordinating with care teams to ensure timely processing of requests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Handle inbound calls on a multi-line phone system and provide information or resolve issues.
• Process branch tasks: create and manage orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations as needed.
• Work with sales, referrals, and patients to gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines.
• Collect payments, reconcile daily receivables, and support billing activities.
