Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare or call center preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first contact to patients arriving in person and by phone.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line system and provide information.
• Process orders, review systems, confirm delivery appointments, and verify insurance.
• Obtain required authorizations and monitor incoming faxes for billing.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and assist with insurance guidelines.
