Responsibilities

• Oversees patient financial processes to ensure payments are collected at time of service and properly processed.
• Greets patients, registers and checks in, answers phones and schedules appointments.
• Obtains referrals and authorizations, processes forms and handles discharge related tasks.
• Maintains privacy and confidentiality of patient information and supports department policies.
• Travel to satellite offices may be required; provides clerical support and onboarding for new staff.
