Qualifications

• Familiarity with medical office procedures and medical terminology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient financial process to ensure payments are obtained at time of service.
• Verifies complete and accurate demographics, referrals, authorizations, billing codes, and diagnoses.
• Completes end-of-day batch and reconciles schedules with payments.
• Provides clerical support for the practice and orients new staff.
