Accendra Health is hiring Branch Coordinators to deliver excellent customer service to patients and caregivers by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are received, processed timely, and documentation is collected to bill insurance plans.

The role emphasizes coordinating with patients, providers, and team members to resolve issues, verify insurance, and process payments in a fast-paced branch environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one-year related work experience.
• Experience utilizing multi-line phone-system.
• Effective communication in person, on the phone and electronically.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system; provide information and resolve issues.
• Process branch orders; verify insurance and obtain authorizations as required.
• Collect credit card payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Perform outbound patient satisfaction calls.
• Review accounts to bill insurance plans and gather necessary documentation.
