Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service by phone and in person. You will help ensure orders are received, processed accurately, and documented to bill health insurance plans.

The role emphasizes effective communication with patients, providers, and team members, while handling insurance documentation and payments. This position is office-based with typical daytime hours.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in an office environment, healthcare setting or call center preferred.
• Experience using a multi-line phone system preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line phone system; provide information and resolve issues.
• Process orders, review systems, confirm deliveries, and verify insurance details.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and obtain authorizations.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables for the branch.
• Perform outbound patient and referral satisfaction calls.
