Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver excellent customer service to patients and caregivers by phone and in person. You will process orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and ensure documentation is complete for billing health plans.

The role requires strong organization, problem solving, and effective communication as you collaborate with the branch team to deliver timely, accurate care and payments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system and provide information to patients.
• Process branch duties: create and manage orders, review systems, confirm deliveries, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, monitor faxes, and enter data.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and obtain health plan authorizations as required.
