Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking Branch Coordinators to deliver exceptional patient service by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are processed timely, verify insurance and obtain authorizations to bill plans, while collaborating with the branch team and providers for accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes customer-first communication, scheduling, payment processing, and adherence to payor guidelines to maximize benefits and care access.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system and provide information.
• Process branch duties: create/manage orders, review systems, confirm deliveries, verify insurance, obtain authorization.
• Coordinate with sales, referrals and patients to gather documentation for insurance guidelines.
• Review patient accounts and collect documentation to bill health insurance plans.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Perform outbound patient and referral satisfaction calls.
• May download data from devices and perform basic functional tests.
