Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to positively impact patients and caregivers by delivering excellent service over the phone and in person. You will work with patients, providers, and team members to ensure orders are received and processed accurately and timely, and help secure insurance authorizations as required.

Responsibilities include handling in-person arrivals, multi-line phone support, data entry across systems, and collecting payments while ensuring proper documentation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of related work experience is required.
• Two years of experience in an office, healthcare setting or call center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls, provide information, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolutions.
• Process orders, review systems, confirm delivery appointments, verify insurance, obtain authorizations.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and bill health plans.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and submit to the lock box.
• Conduct outbound calls to patients and referrals.
