Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to positively impact patients and caregivers by delivering excellent customer service by phone and in person. You will be part of a team that ensures orders are received and processed timely and accurately, while helping secure insurance authorizations and proper billing.

The role emphasizes patient focus, teamwork, and efficient use of multiple systems, with duties ranging from greeting patients to processing payments and organizing documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• No professional designations required.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls with a multi-line phone system and provide information.
• Review orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations per payor guidelines.
• Process new orders and assist customers across multiple systems.
• Collect payments, reconcile daily receivables, and handle billing tasks.
• Support the branch team to ensure timely and accurate service.
