Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to support patients and caregivers by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are processed timely and accurately, coordinate insurance-related requirements, and work with the branch team to resolve issues while delivering excellent service.

This role emphasizes multi-system data handling, patient interaction, and payments processing, with a focus on compliant billing and timely communications across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year related work experience.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls and provide information to patients, troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Process branch orders, review systems, confirm delivery appointments, and verify insurance.
• Obtain authorizations and document billing requirements per payor guidelines.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and submit to the lock box.
• Perform outbound patient satisfaction calls.
