Job summary

Accendra Health is hiring a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional patient service by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are received and processed promptly, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations according to payor guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Excellent communication and patient-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line system; provide information and resolve issues.
• Process orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations per payor guidelines.
• Work with sales, referrals, and patients to gather required documentation.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and update records.
• Conduct outbound patient satisfaction calls and assist with documentation.
