Job summary

Accendra Health is hiring Branch Coordinators to positively impact patients and caregivers by phone and in person, delivering excellent service and ensuring timely processing of orders and billing.

You will work with patients, providers and team members to collect documentation, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and ensure accurate billing to payors while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required.
• 1+ year related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Handle inbound calls and provide information to patients and caregivers.
• Process branch orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations as needed.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and bill plans.
• Collect payments, reconcile daily receivables, and submit to lock box.
• Support outbound patient satisfaction calls and assist with equipment/records.
