Accendra Health is hiring a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional patient service by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are received and processed accurately, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and assist with billing to maximize health plan benefits. You will work with a dedicated branch team to resolve issues and support caregivers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, problem solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced office setting across our nationwide network of service locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year related work experience.
• English language required (reading, writing, verbal).

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Handle inbound calls on a multi-line system and resolve issues with the branch team.
• Process orders, verify insurance, and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines for billing.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Conduct outbound patient satisfaction calls.
• Perform data entry and assist with recording devices when needed.
