Job summary

Accendra Health is hiring Branch Coordinators to support patients and providers by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are received, processed, and billed accurately, helping patients maximize benefits and obtain needed care.

The role emphasizes high-volume contact, documentation, and collaboration with the branch team. A high school diploma and 1+ year related experience are required, with strong English communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in an office/healthcare setting.
• Proficient in English with strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact point for patients arriving in person.
• Handle inbound calls and provide information; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Process branch duties including orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations.
• Coordinate with sales, referrals, and patients to meet guidelines.
• Obtain required health plan information to bill insurance plans.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Conduct outbound satisfaction calls and assist with equipment downloads.
