Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience with processing check-in/out and scheduling using EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Process check in and check out via EPIC.
• Obtain pre certifications/pre authorizations for procedures.
• Maintain efficient flow of practice and escalate concerns.
• Greet and interact with patients/visitors professionally.
