The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while upholding HIPAA standards and delivering the Jefferson Experience to patients

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate courteously with patients and visitors.
• Ability to multi task in a time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Processes check in and check out, scheduling via EPIC.
• Obtains pre certifications/pre-authorizations for procedures.
• Maintains efficient flow of practice and escalates issues as appropriate.
• Greets patients and visitors professionally, in person or by phone.
• Adheres to HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
