Jefferson Health in King of Prussia, PA seeks a Patient Services Associate II for an in-office role (FT, days). You will manage patient check-in/out, scheduling, and insurance verification, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and delivering a courteous Jefferson Experience.

Some travel to other Montgomery County offices may occur. The role requires a HS diploma, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate courteously with patients and visitors.
• Ability to process and interpret data; manage time-sensitive workload.

Responsabilités

• Processes check in and check out, and schedules appointments via EPIC.
• Obtains pre-certifications and/or preauthorizations for procedures.
• Verifies insurance, referrals and patient demographic information.
• Greets and interacts with patients/visitors in a professional manner.
• Ensures HIPAA privacy and security compliance and regulatory standards.
